We waterblast (clean), tighten loose nails, replace missing nails, treat any rust, apply two coats of either Solar Guard roof paint or Wattyl All-Weather roof paint.
Decramastic & Concrete Tile Roofs
We waterblast (clean), fix or replace broken tiles, seal any gaps (i.e. mortar), apply one coat of base coat and two coats of Solar Guard roof paint.

An average roof is approximately 100 square meters. The example shown in the before photo below has been cleaned, nails tightened, rust treated using the Wattyl Kill Rust system. The finished photo has had two coats of Wattyl All Weather roof paint applied to it.
